• Delivery information — shipping address and any access notes for delivery
• Order details — the pieces, wood and finishes you order, and your preferences
• Conversations — messages you send us on WhatsApp about enquiries and orders

WhatsApp is our primary channel for custom orders and support. When you message us, we use that conversation to understand your requirements, share designs and progress photos, confirm pricing, and update you on your order.

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay, our payment gateway. Razorpay handles your card, UPI and banking details directly under its own PCI-DSS-compliant security.

We share your information only with the partners needed to complete your order, and only the minimum required:

• Logistics partners — your name, address and phone number, to deliver your furniture
• Razorpay — payment information, to process your transaction securely

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone, for any reason.

• Access — ask us what personal data we hold about you
• Correction — have us update inaccurate details
• Deletion — request that we delete your data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements
• Opt out — unsubscribe from any non-essential communications at any time
