We deliver pan–South India, direct from our Kalavakkam workshop in Chennai. Our own logistics partners handle the entire journey so your piece is never transferred between unknown carriers.

• Tamil Nadu & Puducherry — including Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy and Pondicherry
• Karnataka — Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru and surrounding districts
• Kerala — Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode and Thrissur
• Andhra Pradesh & Telangana — Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Guntur

Delivering outside South India? Message us on WhatsApp — we arrange pan-India freight for larger orders on a quote basis.

Because we don't hold mass inventory, timelines depend on whether a piece is ready or made to order.

• Ready pieces — in-stock works listed as "Ready to Ship" dispatch within 3–5 working days.
• Made-to-order — standard catalogue pieces are crafted fresh in 3–5 weeks before dispatch.
• Custom & built-from-scratch — 4–8 weeks depending on wood, carving and finish — confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay the advance.

Transit time below is added after a piece leaves the workshop. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number when the clock starts.

For heavy or oversized items (wardrobes, large dining sets), a nominal handling charge may apply even above the threshold. We'll always tell you upfront — never a surprise on the invoice.

Solid wood deserves solid protection. Every piece is wrapped by hand before it leaves us.

• Corner & edge guards — high-density foam on every exposed corner
• Moving blankets — full-body quilted wrap to protect the finish in transit
• Wooden crating — large and delicate pieces travel in custom-built crates
• Fragile handling — glass, mirror and stone tops are double-boxed and marked

Within Chennai and most Tamil Nadu cities we offer white-glove delivery: we carry the piece in, place it where you want it, and assemble anything that ships flat. Elsewhere, delivery is to your doorstep with clear assembly guidance.
