Warranty Policy

This is a warranty on how we built it, not on how wood behaves in the world or how a piece is treated after it reaches you. The sections below make that line clear.

• Joinery — mortise-and-tenon, dowel and dovetail joints loosening or failing under normal use
• Finish — workshop-applied finish peeling, bubbling or flaking under normal indoor conditions
• Structural integrity — frames, legs and load-bearing members cracking or giving way in normal use
• Hardware we fitted — hinges, slides and fittings supplied by us failing prematurely

• ×Misuse or accidents — overloading, standing on furniture, impacts, drops or improper transport
• ×Water & moisture damage — spills left to soak, flooding, humidity damage or outdoor exposure
• ×Normal wear — minor scratches, dents, patina and tonal change from everyday use and sunlight
• ×Natural wood movement — slight expansion, contraction or hairline surface checking — the nature of solid wood
• ×Unauthorised repairs — damage caused by third-party repairs, refinishing or modifications
• ×Extreme conditions — placement near direct heat, radiators or in damp, unventilated spaces

1. 1Message us on WhatsApp — send your order ID and a description of the issue
2. 2Share photos or video — clear images of the affected joint, finish or structure
3. 3We assess the claim — our team reviews within 3–4 working days and confirms whether it's covered
4. 4Repair or replace — covered issues are repaired in our workshop, or the piece replaced, at no charge
