We may update content, pricing and availability at any time without notice. We make every effort to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is always error-free.
Purchase Agreement
- Pricing — all prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Order confirmation — an order is confirmed only once payment (or the agreed advance for custom work) is received
- Custom advances — custom and built-from-scratch orders require an advance, with the balance due before dispatch
- Made to order — most pieces are crafted after you order; timelines are confirmed on WhatsApp
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or material unavailability, with a full refund of any amount paid.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the BawasWood name, logo, designs, photography, text and the look and feel of the site — is the property of BawasWood and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Our furniture designs and carvings are our original work.
You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of this material for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BawasWood's liability for any claim relating to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage arising from misuse, improper placement or failure to follow care guidance.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
